1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Beloit Marketplace ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be a current student, faculty, or staff member of Beloit College with a valid @beloit.edu email address to use this Service.

3. User Conduct

All users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in their listings.
  • Not post illegal, offensive, or prohibited items (e.g., weapons, drugs, stolen goods).
  • Respect other members of the community.
  • Complete transactions safely and honestly.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Beloit Marketplace is a venue for students to connect. We do not verify items or guarantee transactions. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these terms or disrupts the community.
